Reverie Hip Thrust Pad

The product seems to be good quality, but I found it quite difficult to use. It’s too narrow (narrower than a standard wrap around pad) if used with the narrow part across hips and I felt it either side of the pad, but when I tried it with the wider part across my hips it was near on impossible to bend it around the bar or start my hip thrust in a decent position due to the pad being in the way of getting my legs close enough. This may be workable for lighter lifts, but at 100kg+ I can’t afford to be having to manoeuvre into position around the pad. Unfortunately I think this shape may just not be for me.

The few hip thrust pads available at my gym are either too bulky, too thin or cause pain when used. Using the Reverie Active hip thrust pad has been a game changer, and for the first time ever I don't dread doing hip thrusts as a part of my workout as I can now finally focus on my form instead of worrying it's going to hurt! I have unfortunately suffered from severe hip pain for many years due to previous injuries that occurred outside the gym, this has sadly restricted me from performing certain movements/ exercises. I initially ordered the Reverie pad to see if it would help minimise the pain but it’s not only stopped the pain it’s quite literally transformed the way I now train. I remember not wanting to do hip thrusts because of how much it it would hurt, but now I can do it pain free with the reverie hip thrust pad.
The hip thrust pad has given me no more excuses to not train hip thrusts anymore, it's so comfortable, easy to use and most importantly pain free on those heavy glute training days.
The reverie active hip thrust pad has become part of my everyday gym gear I highly recommend getting one of these pads to add into your every gym routine.
