Reverie Hip Thrust Pad

I have unfortunately suffered from severe hip pain for many years due to previous injuries that occurred outside the gym, this has sadly restricted me from performing certain movements/ exercises. I initially ordered the Reverie pad to see if it would help minimise the pain but it’s not only stopped the pain it’s quite literally transformed the way I now train. Game changer.. can lift much heavier now without pain :)

I’ve been using the reverie active hip thrust pad now for several months and it’s honestly been such a game changer. I used to get a lot of pain when heavy hip thrusting due to the bar or glute drive belt digging in, even when using a normal barbell pad… not anymore! The pad is super handy for all sorts of exercises in the gym and it’s has held out well with heavy use. Best!!
